1. How long does delivery take?

We deliver products within 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

2. Can I pick up items at your store?

Yes, you can pick up items at our physical store at:
A. Juozapavičiaus St. 9A-170, Vilnius, Lithuania.

Opening hours:
Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:00
Friday: 09:00–15:45

3. How much does delivery cost within Lithuania?

By courier – €5 + VAT
To a parcel locker – €3 + VAT
In-store pickup – free of charge

4. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by:
bank card,
cash upon pickup,
bank transfer.

5. Can I return an unsuitable item?

Yes, you may return an unsuitable item within 14 days of receipt.
You can return the item free of charge at our physical store.
If returning via a courier service, a return fee of €5 applies.

⚠️ Please note that some items (for example, hygiene products or custom-made items) are non-returnable.

In accordance with consumer rights, we provide a list of non-returnable items: tights, socks, knee-highs, and other similar products (Combined Nomenclature code – 6115); also, the item may be returned if 5.1 it has not been used. The item must not be worn or otherwise used and must be undamaged.
5.2 the item’s functional properties must remain intact. The item must be presented in the manufacturer’s original packaging and must not have lost its commercial appearance (the item must retain all labels).
5.3 if the item consists of multiple parts, the original completeness must be preserved when returning.

6. How do I choose the right brace?

You can select a suitable brace in two ways:

  • by taking measurements according to the dimensions provided in our online store,
  • or by visiting the physical store and trying the item on in person with the assistance of our specialists.
