It is not recommended to wear the splint at night to avoid impaired blood circulation. Unless your doctor prescribes the elbow brace for epicondylitis to be worn for longer periods of time. The use of creams and ointments is not recommended when using the epicondylitis elbow band, as they may damage the material of the band. The epicondylitis elbow band shall be washed with soap and water, then drained and allowed to dry.
