Thera-Band elastic resistance band with latex

Elastic exercise bands are used in sports to increase muscle strength, range of motion, endurance, mobility, flexibility and to improve balance and posture.

These bands have different levels of resistance, which are arranged in the following ascending order: yellow (weakest resistance), red, green, blue, black, silver (strongest).

The choice of the colour of the elastic band depends on your physical condition – it is advisable to choose a band that allows you to repeat the exercise for 15k.
